Nestify mark NESTIFY Developments

About Nestify

One lot.
A whole community.

A nest isn't a single structure — it's a place where several lives are held together. That's the idea behind the name: Nestify builds homes the way a neighbourhood should work — several dwellings on one site, each finished to be a real home.

We're a development company, not a volume builder. Every project is led personally, costed honestly, and built to last — so more homes doesn't have to mean less craft.

Edwin Lau — Principal, Kecerra

Edwin Lau

Principal, Kecerra · Project Lead, Barker

Edwin Lau brings nearly two decades of international design leadership to Nestify's Barker multiplex — the kind of calibre rarely found on a Burnaby infill project. A Vancouver-trained architect who went on to direct major mixed-use, residential, and hospitality work across Hong Kong and mainland China as a Director at Kohn Pedersen Fox, Edwin returns his global perspective to the market where his career began. He now leads Kecerra, his own Hong Kong-based design and development practice, and brings that same rigour — balancing planning efficiency, cost discipline, and design impact — to every home in the Barker development. It's a rare pairing of world-class pedigree and hometown roots, in service of Nestify's commitment to Building Better Neighbourhoods.
